Context

TikTok Live creators have access to a large amount of data during their broadcasts, but very few tools allow them to effectively analyze their performance, understand their monetization, and identify opportunities for improvement. The goal of LiveSpark is to centralize all creator data into a single platform and transform it into actionable insights that help grow audiences, increase engagement, and optimize revenue.

Challenge

TikTok Live creators generate a significant amount of data every day, including viewers, gifts, subscriptions, engagement metrics, watch time, and revenue. However, this information is often fragmented across multiple sources and difficult to interpret. As a result, most creators rely on intuition rather than data-driven decision-making. They struggle to identify which content formats perform best, measure the impact of their actions on monetization, and accurately track their growth over time. The lack of dedicated analytics tools creates a major obstacle for creators looking to professionalize their activity, maximize their performance, and unlock new growth opportunities.

Solution

To address this challenge, I designed and developed LiveSpark, a SaaS platform that centralizes TikTok Live data within a single, intuitive interface. The platform automatically collects and organizes performance, engagement, and monetization metrics, transforming raw data into clear and actionable insights. Creators can monitor their audience growth, track revenue trends, compare live sessions, and identify the key factors driving engagement and monetization. To provide a quick and reliable overview of each live session, I also developed a proprietary performance score that combines multiple key metrics into a single indicator. This enables creators to evaluate performance at a glance and make informed decisions based on data rather than intuition.
