KeepIn – LinkedIn Knowledge Management Platform

Context

LinkedIn has become one of the primary platforms for discovering professional insights, industry trends, and educational content. However, users often struggle to find posts they previously saved, resulting in valuable information being lost over time. To solve this problem, I designed and developed KeepIn, a productivity tool that enables users to build their own searchable knowledge base from LinkedIn content. The project was entirely designed, developed, and launched independently within a short timeframe.

Challenge

While LinkedIn provides a native "save post" feature, it quickly becomes difficult to manage hundreds of saved posts over time. Users lack advanced organization tools, filtering capabilities, and intelligent search options to retrieve information when they actually need it. The challenge was to create a seamless experience that would integrate directly into users' workflows while providing powerful content organization and AI-powered analysis capabilities.

Solution

I designed and developed both the Chrome extension and the SaaS platform from scratch. Users can save LinkedIn posts in one click, organize them into custom folders, search through their library using filters and keywords, and generate AI-powered summaries to quickly extract key insights. The platform was built with scalability and usability in mind, offering a streamlined experience that transforms scattered saved posts into a structured and searchable knowledge management system. Today, KeepIn is used daily by professionals who rely on it to organize and retrieve valuable LinkedIn content more efficiently.
