Klaimy – AI-Powered Insurance Platform

Context

Klaimy is an InsurTech platform that uses artificial intelligence to help insurers, brokers, and reinsurers process complex medical and administrative documents. The platform centralizes client information, automatically extracts key insights, and makes critical data easily accessible through a streamlined interface. As a Front-End Developer, I joined the product team to improve the user experience, develop new interface components, and enhance the way AI-generated insights and insurance data are presented to end users.

Challenge

Insurance professionals deal daily with large volumes of complex client information spread across multiple documents and sources. The challenge was to create a clear, intuitive, and efficient interface capable of presenting structured and AI-generated data in a way that supports faster decision-making while maintaining excellent usability and performance. At the same time, the product team needed to accelerate feature delivery and reduce a growing backlog of interface improvements without compromising product quality.

Solution

I contributed to the improvement of the platform by developing several reusable React components, interactive charts, and data visualization modules. I also enhanced existing interfaces to improve readability, accessibility, and user workflows. Particular attention was given to presenting complex insurance data in a clear and actionable way, enabling users to quickly identify relevant information extracted by the AI engine. Through close collaboration with the product team, I helped deliver key interface improvements while significantly reducing the product backlog.
